What is perfectionism? “Perfectionism, in psychology, is a personality trait characterized by a person’s striving for flawlessness and setting high performance standards, accompanied by critical self-evaluations and concerns regarding others’ evaluations.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perfectionism_(psychology)

Perfectionists often have self-abusive self-talk. This can cause a person to feel really bad and can lead to depression. In my talk I did not really go into solutions for this condition. Perhaps in a future video I will discuss what I do when my thoughts are negative. I hope someone finds this helpful.
