Have you ever ordered something from Saks only to receive an empty box? I have. You order something. You pay for it and you don’t receive it nor do you get a refund.

  1. I ordered a necklace, I was so excited to receive the necklace but when I open the package it was empty. WTF?! I’ve ordered there before and that has never happened to me.

    1. Hello, I am sorry to hear this happened to you too! Did they give you a refund? They never gave me a refund for a Chanel highlighter I ordered. So I have REFUSED to shop at Saks since!

  2. Just had this happen!! I ordered a $200 bracelet for Mother’s Day, paid $30 for express shipping and I got a big box with wine coupons and air packaging!!!!! I immediately filed a claim with them and they apologized and said to give it a few days for a refund and to reorder it and they would give me free shipping. Ordered another one and it got here ok but now they are saying they will not refund me for the one that never came! I’m pretty sure it was someone in their warehouse as the weight on the fedex label was exactly the same for both boxes when the first one did not include the actual bracelet. So it appears they weighed it, stuck the label on the box and removed the bracelet and sent me an empty box with coupons and bags of air…. I am filing a chargeback with my bank. What a joke of a company. Wine coupons!!!

I purchased a $8000 Watch took 14 days to arrive and from the beginning the shipping label said that it was 0.23 kg (0.5 lbs) in weight which automatically threw a red flag with me then he gets lost, unable to find it during shipping. Then it gets found again, and it gets lost again finally arrives, and the carrier never received signature upon delivery yet still left delivered and when I opened the box, it was empty with only the bubble bags in it airbags and that’s it nothing else in the box I weigh the package on my digital scale and it does weigh 0.23 kg (0.5 lbs) with the bubble wrap / air bags inside. Contacted Saks OFF 5TH to where they just requested a brief description of why I’m finding the claim and within 24 hours I got a denial email which I tried to respond to and requested the documentation that they used to come to the conclusion to deny my claim. nobody responded. So then I opened a return Item claim, and I returned the exact same item that I received, which was the bubble wrap and the airbags to Saks OFF 5TH and I noted it on the return reason that I am returning exactly what I received, which is nothing And it has been 10 days so far and still no response. I contacted customer support in regards to my return as they have received my return package and it shows that they received it yet. I was disconnected from the chat so I downloaded the transcript and now just waiting I’m gonna do a call with him and I’m not gonna end up paying $8000 for a watch that I did not receive no way especially when it says on the shipping label. It actually says 0.23 kg as the total wait for that package….

    1. Hi ZiZou, I am so sorry to hear this. That is terrible. I refuse to shop at Saks since my issue. I think they have internal theft in their shipping department. I hope this gets resolved for you. Esther
